There are many firms that call themselves customized but all they do is alternate your venue selection and your lovers name sky written on some wall or in the sky. Can you imagine? No, no, no! Not with us! We like to become your "fairy godmother," creating what will be the most perfect day in the world for your loved one. That is our goal and so far, we have achieved it every time.
I love the flair of your events, but would like something pretty low key. Is that possible?
Absolutely. We cater to every type of personality, desire and event. Remember, all of our events are customized so we can create it to suit your style.
I read somewhere Jenifour, that you have clients calling you at 2 am to discuss their events with you. Is this true?
Actually, yes. My clients call me "a guy’s best friend" as well as their personal therapist! When men are anxious or nervous about their event, they call me and I help them through it! When you hire my firm, you do not get treated as just another client. We are here for you day and night from the moment you hire us until your event is over. If a client is nervous or has a great idea, I don't care what time it is, Go Get It is there to listen. (But let's be honest, 3 pm is a preferable time for your great idea!)
How do you make your events SO personalized and customized?
Because of the nature of my business, I need to know what makes the couple and my client so unique at an extremely accelerated rate. When I first work with a new client, I have a relaxed conversation with them to find out as much as I can about the special recipient. Many times, the client puts me in touch with the recipient's family members, best friend, co-workers, etc. to fill me in on things that the client doesn't know (like her dream job, favorite song, etc.) Then our team goes to work imagining and creating what will be the most amazing moment in the world for your lover, client, mother, sister, best friend, etc.
I see that you have packages listed on your site. Are those customized?
Absolutely. These are guides to show you what we can do. We encourage and demand customization. Who would want something someone else had anyway?
Do you do corporate events?
Absolutely. We take the same principles that make our romantic events so wonderful and awe-inspiring and apply that to our corporate events. Our goal is to "wow" your clients, employees, boss. We have created product launches as well as designed marketing campaigns.
Do you do "same sex" marriage proposals?
Absolutely! We plan events for all types of couples.
On average, how long is the experience?
Anywhere from 15 minutes to 10 hours. It all depends on how long you want the fun to last! You can wake up in Los Angeles and end up in Rome. Our events can be as simple as surprising the recipient with a paparazzi extravaganza that last 10 minutes to a day of pampering, delights and surprises that begins in the morning and ends in the evening. Activities such as spa treatments and shopping sprees will extend the surprise. Not a bad thing though! If your surprise includes a secret getaway on a private plane to Egypt, well, that extends the surprise as well.
Geographically, where are you events?
All over the world. While we are located in New York City, Los Angeles and in the Midwest, we fly all over the country and world giving our extraordinary surprises to people.
Can I have my surprise event video taped?
Yes, we have a team of videographers and editors who will create an amazingly professional edited DVD for you to have. Most people are so caught up in the moment they tell us that they hardly remember anything except feeling like they tell us in a dream the whole time. They LOVE being able to watch it later and show friends and the client loves watching their honey receive their amazingly romantic surprise.
How far in advance to I need to book?
Typically, for marriage proposals, anniversaries and birthdays we get about 3 weeks to 2 months notice (but have done it in 5 days before). Corporate events and parties typically 2 months to 6 months notice. And of course on Valentine's Day we have gotten requests one day before but highly suggest you book as soon as possible. Everything is subject to our availability.
What happens if I need to cancel my event last minute due to weather or last minute schedule changes?
We will re-schedule you event for another date that works for you.
How do people describe your events?
Usually along the lines of: "I felt like I was in a movie/dream the whole time, sooo cool, romantic, surprising, heartfelt, unbelievable, surreal, luxurious, WOW, oh my god! this is incredible!"
How much do your events cost?
It all depends on what you would like to do! We work with all kinds of budgets. We work with starter budgets and we can also make your event as extravagant as you want. It is very similar to weddings and any other type of event- it really depends on what you elect to do on your experience. Generally clients call us with a ball-park budget in mind.
